AI is rapidly becoming part of the grant writing landscape, offering new opportunities to streamline research, drafting, and proposal development. This session will provide an overview of how AI can be used as a tool to strengthen grant proposals—helping generate and organize ideas, surface and summarize relevant data and research, refine language, and improve efficiency—while maintaining the thoughtful human oversight and authentic voice that strong applications require. Participants will also explore how AI can be integrated responsibly into the grant writing process, including considerations around ethical use, data privacy, and alignment with funder expectations.
