What is your nonprofit doing to meet the challenges of:
--IRS tax regulations?
--Donors’ demands for financial transparency and accountability?
--Increased scrutiny by the public?
--Litigation exposure and risk?
If you are a Board member or an Executive Director/CEO of a nonprofit and do not know how to answer these questions, you need this class! Please join us as we review the Standards for Excellence Organizational Assessment and Implementation Planning Tool, a nationally-recognized code of conduct for well-managed, responsibly-governed nonprofits. The tool serves as a roadmap or “checklist” that nonprofit directors and executives may use to ensure that their organizations are meeting all federal compliance requirements, achieving the highest standards of responsible governance and operating with full accountability to their donors, clients and employees.
Class participants will receive a hard-copy of the Standards for Excellence Organizational Assessment and Implementation Planning Tool. In addition, Spokes member organizations will be able to schedule individualized consulting for assistance in completing the tool and meeting all the benchmarks.
