Description
Developing a new volunteer program and managing volunteers presents a challenge for every non-profit organization. This class is composed of a series of short, interactive topics designed to help grow or strengthen your volunteer program.
The modules are:
Navigating Volunteer Screening and Recruitment (April 12): Preparing your agency for volunteers.
Keys to Keeping Quality Volunteers (April 26): Managing one-day to long-term volunteers; Volunteer Retention and Motivation.
Sessions are composed of a short presentation followed by questions and comments from the group. Attendees are encouraged to bring issues and questions for the instructor and other attendees to discuss.
