Introducing Spokes' Operations Officer Roundtable: a new space for connection, problem-solving, and peer support.

Are you a nonprofit operations professional? Created especially for those managing the behind-the-scenes systems that keep organizations running*, this facilitated, confidential session is designed for networking, sharing challenges and wins, and discussing timely topics that matter to your role.

Each session will include a spotlight topic selected with your input and experience in mind. This session's topic will be Financial Clarity in Uncertain Times.

We will kick off the conversation with a short presentation from Erin Hoffman of Collaboration Business Consulting, who will share practical strategies nonprofit leaders can use to strengthen financial sustainability in uncertain times.

She will focus on simple tools that support better planning and decision-making, including:

-Setting stretch and contingency budgets to prepare for different funding outcomes

-Building dashboards to monitor cash flow and key financial indicators

-Identifying financial goals and milestones to guide resource allocation

*This roundtable is intended for organizations with the capacity to employ a dedicated operations professional.
