For New or New"ish" Grant-Seeking Organizations: If you are new to grant seeking, this informative session will guide you through the necessary documents, polices, procedures, and project planning you need to have in place before researching and submitting your grant applications. Being well-prepared is not just about making you more competitive, it is a necessity to ensuring you are eligible and competitive in the grant application process.
For Organizations with a History of Grant-Seeking Success: If you have already secured grants, maintaining and updating your grant application documents can increase your revenue and success rate. This session will also help new staff members understand the importance of these documents and their relevance to grants, especially if you have experienced staff turnover.
