Held online in Zoom - URL sent upon registering - FREE to Members and Nonmembers
Limited to 12 participants

 

For this roundtable, we seek representatives from local nonprofits serving the Museum Sector. This is an opportunity to gather and accomplish the following:

  • Build relationships and collaborations between those serving in the same nonprofit sector
  • Share challenges, successes, and opportunities within the sector served
  • To seek and receive feedback and moral support from peers

Whether you are a seasoned nonprofit professional or new to your sector, your presence is valuable.

Guidelines:

  • Limit of two people from the same organization
  • Limit of 12 participants total
  • A commitment to maintain confidentiality to foster a robust and honest discussion.
  • Participants are encouraged to have their cameras on.

 

You do not need to have an active Spokes membership, but you do need to have or create a Spokes account to register. We look forward to seeing you at the Roundtable!

 

Presenter: Michael Simkins, Ed.D.

Michael has been a member of several nonprofit boards and served as board secretary, treasurer, and president. His professional experience spans the education and nonprofit sectors from being a school principal in Los Osos and Cal Poly lecturer to CEO of a major Silicon Valley nonprofit. Currently, he is past president at San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre, president of his property owners association, a director of the SLO Ski Club, and Spokes’ CEO.
