This workshop will help organizations to gain perspectives, tools, and approaches to increasing diversity of membership and creating inclusive spaces where all experience a sense of belonging. This program will enable participants to take away tools that they can immediately use to increase the diversityand belonging within their organization.

Instructor: Jennifer Chassman Browne. Jennifer has a background in education, working for 25 years as an English teacher and then a school leader. For the past 5 years, after furthering her own training by earning certifications from Cornell, the University of Minnesota, and Harvard, she has focused her efforts on fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in schools and organizations. Jenn is committed to this work and excited to support other organizations as they move forward with their DEI efforts.
