Building upon her years of Business Operations and Human Resources experience within a wide range of industries, Kely stands at the forefront of the ever-changing policies and regulations to ensure your apprised of latest and greatest compliance and employment laws in California. She believes in a balanced approach - advising mandated standards while shaping your decision-making processes to enable business sustainability. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Organization Leadership and Communications from Penn State and a Master's Degreee in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University.
