Donor relationships are not gift-based and transactional.  Just like any other relationship, they need tending. Your donors' generosity needs to be recognized in thoughtful and regular ways.

We all send thank you messages, as well we should. Join us to learn at least ten additional, effective ways to show your appreciation and build your relationship with you donors such as:

• Donor Boards
• Digital and print recognition
• Birthday cards
• Anniversary letters
• Annual reports
• Year-end acknowledgements

Instructor: Gillian Cole-Andrews, CFRE. Gillian has years of experience in nonprofit fundraising including serving as the Executive Director of both the Dunes Center and the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts Foundation (PCPA). Educated in England at Plymouth University and at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, her career has seen her serving both the British and United States governments in Europe and the Middle East. Currently, Gillian is Director of Communications and Resource Development at People's Self-Help Housing.
