Is your organization successful at attracting, inspiring, managing, and retaining volunteers? Are you looking for ways to improve the role of volunteers in your organization’s delivery of services and special events? Are you looking to address a problem-causing volunteer, or ensure that volunteers represent your organization properly? This clinic will provide a space to learn from your peers, problem solve issues and help you identify solutions for managing an effective volunteer program in your organization.  Bring your questions, a willingness to share, and a desire to participate in a peer-share setting.
It is expected that all participants have attended Spokes’ “Volunteer Management for Beginners” or are actively managing volunteers.

---

A clinic is a working session that provides a peer environment where you can work through questions and challenges that you are experiencing because you are actively working to recruit, manage, and retain volunteers. If you are instead looking for an introductory course on the basics of starting and managing a volunteer program, please attend our "Volunteer Management for Beginners" training.
