Spokes wants to help you in every stage of grant writing! Seeking feedback on yournarrative? Trying to frame a program for new funding sources? Looking for a freshapproach to your old boilerplate? Wondering if anyone else has had experience with aparticular funder? This small group clinic is designed to support you in each step of thegrants process. Bring your questions, a willingness to share, and a desire to participate in apeer review setting. You do not have to be actively applying for a grant to participate.
If you would like feedback on a grant application you may bring up to five pages of contentfor review by the group. Please provide five (5) copies so that all participants may read it.
It is expected that all participants have attended Spokes’ “Grant Writing Basics” or have previous experience with grant writing before participating in this clinic.
Fee: $30 for Spokes members, $50 for non-members

Michael has been a professional writer for over thirty years and has created successful grantapplications and Requests for Proposals for Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA), Wilshire CommunityServices, Woods Humane Society, Hospice Partners of the Central Coast, Creative Mediation of San Luis Obispo,Environmental Center of San Luis Obispo (ECOSLO), Children’s Resource Network of the Central Coast, Nipomo AreaRecreation Association, and Cal Poly. Michael now serves as the Fund Development Manager for TMHA.
