Susan Blais made the long climb from receptionist to CEO over 26 years in the corporate world. She retired as the chief executive of a billion-dollar division of a Fortune 100 company. During her tenure, she became an expert at coaching teams to excel through chaotic change such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, downsizings and other “obstacle courses.” Her current passion is helping leaders bring out the best in themselves and their teams, to optimize results and fulfillment for everyone involved.
