Description

Are you managing your grants so that you track the outcomes that matter? It is increasingly important to demonstrate the impact your program has on the public good. It is no longer sufficient to report on “outputs” such as the number of beneficiaries served or the units ofservices implemented. Instead, anticipated “outcomes” that focus on social returns must be quantified in the grant proposal and effectively managed throughout the life of the grant.

Join us and learn how to:

-Establish milestones and track progress to generate meaningful data
-Identify elements of effective progress reports

-Transform strategies and activities into outcomes and impacts

Fee: $30 for Spokes members, $10 for participants from same member organization
$50 for non-members

*early bird special: pay online by August 23rd for $5.00 off registration*
